The origin of self-confidence

November 2006

We moved from a leased factory to the current site of “Jhih-an 4th St ”, established a new factory and office building, and the business model has also been completely changed. We have been upgraded from a traditional OEM factory to a professional glasses factory capable of developing and manufacturing, and began to recruit new production, manufacturing and R&D talents, and move towards a new challenge.

In 2008

In addition to continuously improving our own development capabilities, stable product quality has begun to be affirmed by well-known brands. At an occasional opportunity, we participated in the customer's design proposal and successfully received the customer's entrusted development case, so we began to try to take over the case of brand design OEM and in the form of cooperative research and development, and open up a new mile stones in serving customers and challenging the professional market.

 



Prepare for the market

From 2006 to now ~

In order to create product diversity, we continue to improve the function of the product and meet the specifications of the market. We have successively added glasses-related optical testers and impact-resistant testing equipment, and set up an in-site laboratory to prepare for the new market.

Since the establishment of the new factory, the newly developed products have been designed with modular parts, so the size and mold requirements of the frame are more precise. In order to improve the stability of production efficiency and quality, and reduce the loss of the mold, we have successively replaced the old and inefficient machines.

In the future, we will use a data-based management model to change old thinking, accept new concepts of automated production, reduce the demand for manpower, control better cost expenditure, and improve the professional quality of employees. This is our prospect and vision for the future.

The types of products we have developed are: outdoor sunglasses, sports glasses, general eye protection safety glasses, sports optical glasses, leisure protective optical glasses, safety optical glasses, safety glasses for special places and protective masks, etc.

Protection and respect of patents

Our technical leadership team has more than 20 years of practical experience in glasses development and production. In the process of product development, in addition to focusing on the consumers wearing comfort and ergonomic design that meets the needs of the mass market, we pay more attention to the design of the appearance and structure of the product,
then we will apply for patent certification.

Since 2006-2022, we have owned many Taiwan and US patent certificates, which is an encouragement to our R&D team and the driving force for continuous progress. In addition to protecting our patented technology and the uniqueness of the market, it also respects the efforts and contributions made by creators to the progress of society.

 



Face and accept the challenges of the market

In 2017, our team made a major change in the future operation direction. We can't simply rely on the original cooperative traders. We need to bravely overcome this predicament and show our capabilities directly to the frontline sales, so we plan to participates in international professional eyewear exhibitions, such as:
